I Sketch compatibility?

My daughter just got a new Macbook and she was attempting to play the internet I Sketch with a friend who has windows and both parties unable to see pictures......when she plays with a friend with a Mac the pictures are clear.....is the mac not compatible playing games with windows' users? Nancy
 
she has shock wave installed......she can log in to the game but when she tries to play the game she can't see what the other users draw if they are pc users, instead she sees incoherant scribbles......unless they are another mac user, in which case the picture shows up just fine. when she draws a picture, the other users only see scribbles and not the picture that shows up as what she is drawing on her screen. however, other mac users can see her pictures just fine. the website claims to be compatible wit macs but there do not seem to be many mac users on the site
 
Have you tried using different browsers? Firefox, for example, seems to be more compatible with some sites.
