Hi

does anybody know if it is possible to use a 512 RAM module from an Mac mini Intel
in an IBook G3 800 Mhz?

Yes I do. It's not possible.

Use MacTracker - http://mactracker.dreamhosters.com/ - to find out the specifics about your machine and others. PC100 144pin SO-DIMM is the description for the RAM your iBook requires. You can probably use PC133 SO-DIMMs as well iirc.
