little green rosetta
Hi y'all. I live and work in a pretty hot climate (up to 40C). My 12" iBook is my main computer and I have it on all day and sometimes through the night, though not recently as we've had some brutally hot weather. I worry that the little mite gets hot and isn't meant to be used so exhaustively. I've installed Temperature Monitor and things seem to be within normal parameters. The iBook is pretty new and the fan obviously works well.
I guess my questions are: is the iBook robust enough to continue to tolerate day-long use in hot climates; and should I do anything to my working environment to help the machine keep cool? I currently have a big fan going full belt behind me, but that's about it.
'Warm' thanks in advance,
