My new host I haven't gotten anything up yet. Does anyone know how long untill the sites domain name starts working?

Two or three days for your domain name to be recognized by surfers. Off the top of my head...

I reread the e-mail it said it would take 24 hours to complete :\

Hm, so how long did you wait for your domain to become active? When did you register it? I remember waiting days and nights before mine was recognized.

I registered around 9pm last night and it was up by this morning.
