Hi,
yesterday, a strange and extraordinarily annoying problem arouse. I was working in InDesign, and as I started dragging a box, the box got stuck to my mousepointer. I tried pressing everything on the keyboard, right and left click with the Wacom pen (also tried using the trackpad on my laptop), but nothing worked. The box was stuck. The only way I got out of it, was to Force Quit Indesign. I restarted my laptop (MacBook Pro, 17"), opened Indesign, and the same problem occured.
I closed Indesign again, jumped online to try and find out if anyone else had this problem. Found no info, but when i accidentely marked some text in my browser, the text got stuck to my mousepointer! So again, I had to Force quit my browser.
I then went on to uninstall the driver for my wacom pad, restarted, re-installed the newest driver, but the problem perseveres. However, now it happens at random times. Everything works fine for a couple of hours, then all of a sudden, everything gets stuck to my mousepointer. Dragging icons on my desktop, stuck! restart after restart.
As you can probably tell, this is starting to give me the s****. Has anyone any idea what I can do to fix this? I would prefer not too format and reinstall OS X, as I am right in the middle of a huge project, and cannot afford to loose any time.
