You dont need a special tag. Just send a msg to the phone, from the icq number, and then reply to the number it comes from. save the number the message from icq had attached to it, and use that in future.
Ok, yes. The number to use, is longer than a usual number, longer than an international number, too. should start with +44 (that's not a valid country prefix, its something to do with FarEastOne, the co. that does ICQ's sms stuff (in oz at least)
