In iDVD, after I have imported my movie from iMovie and created a menu, I click on the "burn" icon and it begins the process. It gets through "asset encoding" and "audio encoding". It will get part way through the "burn" when it ejects the disc and then continues "cleaning up" things. However, the disc is out and only partially burned.
