IIg and default print page

I upgraded my the logic board of my Laserwriter IInt to a IIg so it would work in OS X (it does, wonderfully), but now I have the problem of that damn default print page that comes out every time I turn the printer on.

I remember disabling that when I first bought the printer with some sort of utility that I can't find in OS X (or 9.x for that matter).

How do I go about turning the annoying, time and toner wasting thing off now?
