About two months ago my G5 imac would not turn on so I had to re-install the operating system (currently version 10.4.11). I have been trying to access iphoto for over a week, but the application bounces once and then nothing happens. I cannot access any other ilife applications either. I even reinstalled iLife 06, but have the same problem (all iLife applications will bounce once and will not open). I looked in the crash log folder even though I'm not really sure what it means, and it says that iphoto version 7.1.5 cannot load library because the image is not found?
-Is it possible that I have more than one iphoto version loaded on my computer and so none are working?
-Can I wipe out all ilife versions/applications off of my computer without losing any of the data, and if so, how?
iphoto is the application I'm primarily concerned about because I need to put together a photo album for my parents 25th anniversary and I cannot access the photos- nor do I want to loose any of my pictures that I've accumulated over the years. PLEASE HELP!
