I'm finally getting a Wacom

Well, my tax refund has been and gone. And with it comes the imminent arrival of my new Wacom tablet, and Jaguar (I've finally taken the plunge now that 10.2.1 is out).

My new tablet is the smallest of the Intuos 2 line, with tilt sensitivity. It is apparently going to be light blue since I demanded any colour but white (white tends to get stained with a lot of use). I haven't had a tablet to work on in more than a year, and miss it horribly. I had a serial tablet on my PC which I sold when I made the switch to Mac.

Anyway, they'll both be here on Monday. Also, I am booked in to do my motorcycle license this weekend. And I'm now into a 3-week break from university. Sweet.

I got a Cintiq 18SX a few days ago from one of my customers as payment for a job...and I have never been so productive!!!!

And the best thing: it runs on my Quicksilver, my SGI VW540 PC and on my SGI Onyx2 IR3

That's what I call "multi platform support"

I use a Graphire. The mouse seems a bit flimsy/cheap, but for me, it gets the job done. I really like graphics tablets, they're pretty useful. Congrats.
