iMac G5 Display Issues

So, my graphics card seems to be exhibiting the signs of the iMac G5 generation of doom. However, I checked the caps and for any excess dust in the machine but found nothing. I did however find those green spots around the G5 area shown in the picture below. I'm no computer expert but it doesn't look like they should be there to me...but I have no idea where it would have come from? Any ideas? Thanks!

Pretty much those green spots mean nothing unless something spilled on it. Just looks like some discoloration on the heatsink. Even if the caps are in good condition I've seen several of those boards where the integrated GPUs have gone bad. In that case you more than likely will not see any blown caps.
