iMovie: Exporting to QT question.

Barking at the moon.
When exporting a finished iMovie project to QuickTime, you have a few choices as to what you intend the movie to do. I want this to be for the web. Is there any way I can tweak the settings ie: screen size, quality, etc.

Right now, I can basically export it as a 111 mb movie or a 558 kb movie. I'd like something inbetween ...
 
the easiest way i can think of doing this is to export the best format (which probably will also be the biggest) from imovie and then re-export it out of quicktime pro ... you've got all the different tweaks (sizes, resolution, etc., etc.) when exporting out of quicktime ...
