I have an iMovie project that is giving me an "Unable to prepare project for publishing" error when I try to export it. Not only that, but it will not play.
I have tried updating the software to the latest 9.0.4 as well as trashing the iMovie cache and preferences to no avail :-(
The program doesn't act like its missing the event files or anything (ie no yellow caution signs in the timeline).
I have done some research, and some code-savvy folks say they've fixed their corrupt files with a program like BBEdit. But I haven't a clue how to do that stuff.
I would like to send someone the file so they can take a look at it and fix any possible errors? Is there a service where someone remotely can try to sort it out?
