iMovie to DVD

I have a slideshow in iMovie and i was wondering how i can burn it onto a DVD so that I can play it in DVD players? you can't just simply burn the .mov file can you?
 
Hello jook00,

You can either export the "mov" file to iDVD from iMovie to create a DVD or just use iDVD to create a DVD slideshow from scratch. If you create a slideshow from scratch using iDVD you have the option of including the original photo's with the DVD. Great for family or friends who would like copies of the photo's.
