import mozilla 1.1 mailbox into "mail"

i'd like to import my mailbox from mozilla 1.1 into the mail program in jaguar 10.2.

i understand that i need to select file > import mailboxes in mail. it asks me to browse to find the file. i have no idea where it is under x. it says it should be found at /System Folder/Preferences/Netscape Users/. this path seems like it is from 9, not 10.

a step by step to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
