Import Palm info to iPhone

Am switching from my Palm Treo to an iPhone. Trying to import my contacts and calendar. Was told I could import the Palm info to Entourage, and then have the new phone sync with Entourage. I have both Entourage and Palm Desktop on my Mac. When I follow the import prompts with Entourage I get the following:

What would you like to do?
-Import information from a program

Which program would you like to import information from?
-Palm Desktop

What would you like to import?
-Contacts
-Calendar

Then I get an "Open" window... what am I supposed to double-click here? I don't see any highlighted Palm program in the Applications folder.

Im not sure on the direct import, never tried that before. I have always exported from Palm desktop to file, then imported into required app. Can you try the export? What app are you using for email etc on your Mac?
