Includes of CodeWarior headers

CodeWarior projects may refer to header ansi_prefix* files from
CodeWarior unstallation folder. After such projects are moved to XCode
such header files should not be included and many errors appear.

Is there any replacement for such ansi_prefix* files which can be used
with XCode?
