I use an iBook (original) and have just installed jaguar. Since I have no graphics tablet, Inkwell isnt enabled. I have just found a way to hack the Ink.prefpane (in /System/Library/PreferencePanes/Ink.prefpane) so that at least it appears in the System Preferences.
To do this, make a copy of the prefpane and put it in /Library/PreferencePanes and show the package contents. Edit the Info.plist (in Contents) and remove the lines:
(No, it's not PHP, I'm just lazy and dunno how to format it to show the tags)
Now, double clicking on the prefpane should make it show up.
I've been hexediting a few other files in the hopes of making it work with the trackpad or mouse. Maybe I'll try looking at the developer's info sometime. If anyone can get this to work, that would be awesome.
