Insert key

I have the iMac keyboard, the old one.
I'm looking for a Home/Insert key, but I can't find one.
I really need this key for the app I'm using!
Where is it or what should I do?

The home key in my keyboard is over the = key in the numeric keyboard. Haven't you see it? It has no Insert key.

There is no insert key on either the old iMac keyboard, or on the new Apple Pro Keyboard, either. The only strange-ish keys are "help", "home", "page up", the forward delete key, "end", and "page down". You'll need to find a third-party solution, because I don't think Apple keyboards have ever had an insert key.

Are you running a program in VPC or something? I hardly think that any Mac developer would use the insert key in his program if the Mac never had an insert key.

Almost all connect via USB nowadays. The used to connect via ADB, which stands for something like Apple something Bus. It was a proprietary technology developed by Apple I believe. But since the iMac, all Apple keyboards have connected via USB, and almost all new third party mice and keyboards connect via USB.

What I meant was that the app requires Insert key. And since that doesn't work the help guide says I have to use the "Home" key! And the keyboard doesn't have either of them!
