Installing codeweavers vine with X11

I've just downloaded X11 for OS X. I am newbie with those things.

I tried to install codewweavers wine but when I type de command «rpm» I get command not found.

Also they said that I must login as root, how can I dod that in X11
 
The software from codeweavers only works on linux. rpm is a command from RedHat linux that installs software.
