international keyboard setting

After every boot the keybord menu is reset with the selection of three keyboards (USA, Italian and Italian Pro), no matter if I de-select the two italian keyboards. I use Panther 10.3.3 and Italian as the main language, but I have a USA keyboard

Go to system preferences > International > the tab on right (keybaord settings? ) and choose ONLY US keyboard. Or make sure they are in order USA then Italian PRO then Italian.

You can tranquilly use only US keyboard. é = alt e then e, any letter like íóúá are alt e then the letter, è is alt ` (left from 1-key) and idem ìòùà work the same way.
