Internet access suggestions? Providers...

I live in metro denver and am looking for a service to offer the following at the lowest price:

I want two telephone lines
I want cable TV (basic channels)
I want fast internet access (like DSL or cable,...)

I am a typical home user so no other special features I need. I don't need AOL-style special content providers. Just basic internet access.

Any suggestions? Or tips? or things to look out for?
