Hello

I am DESPERATE for help ! I have signed up for 2mb Broadband with Waitrose.com.
They sent me a Voyager 205 ADSL Router, to replace the useless USB modem they supplied initially.

I have connected to my I-mac G5 via ethernet, but am unable to load any webpages.

I have performed the advabced diagnostic tests through the voyager home page, and it indicates the following

Connection to computer Pass
Synchronised with ADSL line PASS
Coonected to local exchange PASS
Connected and Authenticated to ISP PASS

Connection to Internet FAIL

and I receive the following messages 'Ping default gateway 80.189.99.243' FAIL , and 'Query DNS for www.bt.com' FAIL

My ISP uses PPPoA, using DHCP.

They also provided two DNS numbers, which I entered manually in both the Voyager and Network pref set up's, but still no joy.
I have also disabled the firewall and NAT, but no success with that.

My ISP keep asking about the lights on the modem, but I am sure I have done all I can with the mac and the voyager, and the problem is at their end.

Incidentally, I have 5 lights on the voyager, power(lit) Diag (off after initial set up) DSL(lit)Ethernet(lit) and USB(off)

Your help in this matter would be much appreciated
