internet explorer and iWeb

For the last year and a half I have published a web site for a non-profit using iWeb and it has worked perfectly...lots of complements and no complaints. Recently I upgraded to iLife 9 which gave me a new iWeb. First I had to fix my link from our URL, which I have done. But now it has quit working for anyone using Interent Explorer. The page formats are messed up and there are no links... Any suggestions? Is it possible to return to the previous version of iWeb without returning to the previous version of all of iLife, because I know that my photo library has now been changed so that I cannot return to the previous iPhoto. (I am now running the old iPhoto on an old machine to get the old covers for the books that match the covers I have and have been told that I have to do it that way...no way to return to the old iPhoto on the machine that has been upgraded.)
