iPhoto, screenshots and Mail

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Mac and still trying to find my way around. Have read a lot of posts and info yet but I struggle with a couple of issues.

1/ iPhoto
As an amateur photographer I have loads of pictures to manage. I used to be very comfortable managing them in Windows Explorer but iPhoto is more tricky for me.

Question: Is there a possibility to easily show a list view of pictures taken with a certain camera so I can easily select all of them from a specific camera and drag all of them at the same time to another event?
Background: I take pictures with multiple cameras and unfortunately my internal calendar on these cameras was not synched (meaning a picture that was taken on the same day will appear in different events as the calendar shows it as taken on another day). In Windows Explorer you can select a list just listing the various bits of information linked to each picture including the type of camera the picture was taken with.

Question: Do albums, Facebook and Flickr albums take up HD space? Do I need to keep those forever in there if I want to keep them in my Flickr or Facebook account?

Question: Is there a possibility to put frames around pictures like in Photoshop?

2/ Screenshots: In Windows it's easy to do "printscreen", paste this in Paint, adapt and paste in mail or ppt or... I have found the Apple key ⌘ + Shift + 4 option but is there a possibility to avoid having the picture put on your desktop as an image that you then need to pick up there? I usually only need them "instantly".

3/ Mail: My Apple mail used to work perfectly (picking up my gmail and managing it in the Apple Mail).
Now I still receive my mail in Mail but I can no longer send mail.
I keep getting the following pop up (would like to enter a print screen here :-)
Enter Password for account "smtp.gmail.com(my e-mail)
Enter the password for user "....@gmail.com on SMTP server "smtp.gmail.com"

When I enter my password (which I'm sure is correct) it does not accept this.
When I try sending a mail, this is what comes up: (tried to attach screenshot)
I already tried rebuilding my mail, deleting my password from Keychain and changing some things around in the Mail - preferences - accounts - advanced settings. No use...

Any help greatly appreciated!
