iPod charging after 1.3

Is this a coincidence?

I just updated my 5gb iPod to 1.3. When I try to charge the unit using the power supply, absolutely nothing happens. However, if I use the same firewire cable and attach to my Mac, it charges just fine.

Could it be that my charger went out the exact same day that I updated to 1.3? Seems odd.

Perhaps I could go back a version (1.2.5?) but I can't seem to find that anywhere. Is it available anywhere?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I also updated to 1.3 on my 5gig ipod and have NO problems charging with the power supply.
Sounds like pure bad luck!
