... yes it's really me!
Just purchased a 20GB ipod and a dock and have charged it up and plugged it in. On the ipod I get a flashing 'no waiting' sign and a 'Do not disconnect' underneath. It has been doing this for approximately 8 hours ... will it ever stop?
Some details ... my Mac is a G4 audio 466 (upgraded to 1GB), I am using OSX 10.3.8 (although just this minute I have noticed that 10.3.9 is available) and have just updated to the latest ipod software upgrade (3.0.2). My itunes is 9.58GB. I noticed also that itunes was NOT automatically called up when I plugged in.
I must admit I was very surprised at the lack of intelligent user feedback when I plugged the ipod in - all I get is a message on the ipod saying 'Do not disconnect'! ... helpful ... or what?
Can anyone help?
