iPod question

I was told that the iPod could be used as a portable hard disk as well. Is that true? I didn't find anything like this in Apple.com.
Have you heard about XPod? It's something like the "PC version of the iPod"...

Yes you can use the iPod as a Hard Drive were have you been for the last couple of months? and Xpod is software so you van use the iPod on PC's.
