Ironic Quicktime Polling

As soon as johnkerry.com pulled all links to Quicktime content and George's sight started putting them on the front page Bush started to reverse the decline trend in the polls. Kerry's boys better put some quicktime content back on if they are going to win cause they probably could get those crucial 600 votes to pull away. Then again Kerry's website IT guys could be pro-Win(which doesn't mean they are for winning the election) which if someone is 100% pro Win I couldn't vote for them anyway... won't vote for Bush but feel a bit alienated today and me just sit alone at the polls come November. I know there are about 500 rabid mac fans in FL that may also decide to stay home as well if they don't get some Quicktime content on there soon.

Just reporting it how I see it... do the numbers yourselves. It's not easy working at burger king.

We'll it looked like someone's listening... they are available as free downloads on itunes.

which if someone is 100% pro Win I couldn't vote for them anyway

ok you're crazy. I know you probably got excited because Clinton's office ran on Powerbooks exclusively, but jees. Voting on political leaders based on what software they use, or what is on their website? Thats crazy.

i would LIKE to be able to not deal with companies/people who use windows. but it isn't gonna happen. a lot of banks here in australia are moving away from MS software, but my bank still uses it. Am i going to go through all the work to change bank because they use Windows PCs? no. At the end of the day. even if they DO screw up something because they're using windows, they will still be liable.

grow up and realise there is more to life than computers.

JohnKerry.com is running RedHat Linux.

It's basically a LAMP setup. i.e. Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP.

Sort of makes sense for a populist-type (for the people) candidate to be running open source. ;)
