is any better way to iChat+PC's AIM, through good web-cams

I wonder if there's a better way to comunicate, specially for the "PC's party" to use iChat... better than the combo "iChat+AIM" (where apparently isn't possible to change video image size... strange this AIM from AOL)

the PC's user is comunicating with Logitech quick cam_Orbit (sphere)
