is it possible to get my mail on a remote computer?

I ne4ed to get ahold of some of my mail (in Mail.app) from my computer here at work...i was thinking there has got to be a way to sftp or soemthing but i dont know where mail keeps the messages.

In your home directory's Library folder there's a folder called Mail.

So it's /Home/Username/Library/Mail

Your mailboxes are in folders with mbox extention I think. If you can copy those mbox folders, they can be imported into Mail.app
