iSCSI anybody?

With Apple's xRAID focused on Fibre Channel for storage area networking, and their announcement of xSAN, I'm curious if there's interest in the Mac community for IP SAN using iSCSI. The reason I ask is that I represent a company that has created a Mac OS X iSCSI initiator driver that works with any and all iSCSI targets. I'm creating interest in the market via end-users, VARs and integrators, consultants, OEMs and manufacturers from various technology and vertical markets.

Apple's mentality is "if its not created here we don't want it." Fibre Channel is 3-5x the initial cost of iSCSI SAN, with as much as 10x total cost of ownership over 3 years. FC and IP SAN are identical in performance, so why wouldn't Apple embrace it? Seems to me this is an opportunity for everyone else.

Just curious what you think.
