iTrip trouble in UK

lol. Doesn't it make sense that the UK should update this law so that short-range devices are exempt? I mean, honestly... "Come! Listen to my radio station! The only problem is that you have to park your car near mine!" wtf?
 
It is not only in UK but the majority of Europe has similar laws. So it's not allowed there, but on the other hand if you just bring your iTrip with you there, or sell yours to someone living there, it's unlikely ahything will happen.
