Searched the forums and no one seems to have the same problem so I'm a bit stumped.
Installed iTunes 3 recently and have been playing back mp3s without any trouble; however, I tried ripping one this morning and found that I get the spinning beachball as soon as I click on Import.
Wondering if the fact that I'm using a third party combo drive (Toshiba S1202) might have something to do with it and/or the fact that I have the Sonnet Encore dual processor card in my G4/AGP.
Any one else with similar issues?
Guess I can play/organize my music with iTunes and rip with another program but what a pain...
