my itunes is not working, it said that some required files were missing and to reinstall it. so i did. and now it comes up with 'iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' i have tried uninstalling it from add and remove programes but that doesn't work. wot do i do?
