At Macosx.nl and macned.nl you can buy iTunes Gift Certificates. (sites are Dutch only)
I'm not sure how it works, but i think it's via some American dude that buys iTunes Gift Certificates for Macosx.nl and Macned.nl, and then the websites gives them to people who want them for 20. The websites both say that they don't earn money with it.
When you have the Certificate(s), you can buy music from the iTunes Music Store in Europe!
I don't think it's completely legal, but hey, it's a nice idea, right?
