iTunes Gift Certificates

Hello everybody,

I want to get an iTunes gift certificate for my little brother for christmas, however he doesn't have a credit card (!) and doesn't have an iTunes account. Is there away I can do this?

I know in the states you can go to a Circuit City and buy one, they have $15, $25, and $50 cards there. Try a electronics chain store, i'm sure Apple promoted in a simular way across the pond.
 
When you open iTunes and go to the Music Store, there is a section in the left column that says "Account". Underneath that, one of your options is "Gift Certificates" or "iTunes Music Cards" (if you get him one of those credit-card looking gift certificates, choose "iTunes music cards") which will let you redeem the gift card without an account.

It's in the "News, Rumours & Discussion" section. I guess the mod who moved it took it for "general Apple discussion", which would be correct, I believe.
