iTunes import sucks!

I don't understand why you have to download every darned photo from your camera! Why the hell cant you preview thumbnails from your camera, select which ones to import and then import them?!
What are Apple playing at? This has got to be a simple feature.

Imagine if in iTunes you had to import an entire CD when you only wanted one song off it....!

Um.. I assume you're talking about iPhoto.. but why do you close it making an analogy and basing your topic name on that analogy?

What in de hewah?

Because most people are going to want to download every photo on their camera and not just one single one.
And all you have to do is trash the ones you don't want.
Or use a card reader and drag and drop the one you want. Personally, I like using a card reader for times when I want a specific photo, or want to touch it up in PhotoShop before moving it over to iPhoto.
And mods, anyway we can get the name of this thread changed? Unless there's complaints about iTunes importing as well that I missed.

Hey, I just noticed. I used the words (not just) one single one. That's a new one for me. Talk about your triple redundancy. Sheesh, it must be very late at night. Any more, and I'll start talking about how my Starbridge can kick the Photon Torpedoes out of Arden's Starbridge, and I'm not even sure what the heck Arden's Starbridge really is. :D

Sorry about the title name.
However, I still think the feature should be added in the next version. It would be much quicker. It would be also great if you could choose to delete specific photos from you camera.

Randman: Play Escape Velocity Nova.

Owaters: Disable iPhoto autolaunch when you plug in your camera, and use your camera as a separate volume. Then drag all the pictures you want to import onto your iPhoto icon.
