iTunes library...

I have installed Panther on my second partition, as I'm not too sure about it being my main OS just yet, although I would like to give it a good go and use it as much as possible. I'm wanting to use my itunes music library from my Jaguar partition. I don't want to have to copy the whole file over (about 3gb). I have set the path in preferences (in panther) to my original folder (in jaguar) but it won't follow it!! Any ideas how I can play my music from 1 partition in another without copying it all over?

Thanks...

In your old drive/Music folder, make an alias of the iTunes folder and drag it to ~/Music and rename it back to the original folder you made the alias from(it'll say iTunes alias or something)

Should work now.

If that doesn't work, use 'ln -s' in Terminal. Just type 'ln' and hit enter to see instructions or 'man ln' for a longer explanation.
