itunes Question

My main Hard drive is getting full (I think it's 40Gb) but I have a second drive that is 160Gb.
My question is, can I transfer my MP3 files to the 2nd drive and still have iTunes remoember where they are? (the MP3 files are in the owner folder on the root drive)

that I would like to know, because i had to reselect all my damn songs, and that took some time to do.

I would think the easiest way to do it is to move all your files and reselect your music library. If it doesn't find all of your songs, simply add them again. If you have duplicate listings, sort by Date Added and remove all the old listings.
