iTunes visualization as desktop background?

quiksan

awesomer...
Does anyone know if it's possible to set the full screen iTunes visualization as the background of the desktop? Obviously it's a huge power and processor drain, but while it's just sitting there, it is possible?

I know you can run it full screen, but it covers everything else up that way.

anyway, just wondering if anyone knew.
thanks!

I'm almost positive this has been mentioned somewhere on this site before... try doing a search for "itunes visual" or either word alone.

To answer your question: You can get the visual engine (can't remember what it's called right off the bat—something with a G), and you may be able to set it as the desktop... but I don't think you can just do it with iTunes, unless you run it in the window and make the window big enough to fill your desktop.
