iWeb 08 Refected Image - Problems in IE

I'm using iWeb 08. On my homepage, there is an image at the center, and the bottom part of the image is faded and reflected beneath it (it's part of the software template called "Black"). When I open the page in Internet Explorer, the image is not reflected -- instead, the entire image appears twice. The page is fine in all other browsers.

I.E. is always a problem, it's bad in so many ways it's hard to count them all.

There are many work-arounds for I.E., especially with CSS but without seeing what you're taking about or the code it's probably impossible to offer any suggestions.
