For a few years now my wife and I have shared the iWeb application.
The main edit page is cluttered - the side bar showing the sites is crowded. I have set myself up another account as a new user. When I open iWeb as the new user it is empty, which is what I want to see. But now I want to copy over all the sites from the original iWeb we jointly use and leave her sites untouched. And then delete mine there.
Is there an easy way?
I think that there is a data file that holds all the iWeb info. I copied it to the laptop once, but that was a while ago and I can't remember the filename or its location. If this is in the user area I could duplicate it and clone the whole iWeb info to my new user account and edit her stuff out of it there.
Would that work?
If the iWeb data file is in the common area, system library, etc. I think I will do damage......
