Here's the deal:
I regularly publish podcasts to a webpage via my .mac account and also submit those podcasts to iTunes from Garageband to iWeb. Recently, a bunch of file got erased on my hard drive, including the iWeb files associated with the particular webpage I had set up. However, on my idisk there are the following folders Web-Sites-iWeb-then the a folder with the same name as the iWeb podcast file that got erased.
Is there some way I can reinstall the iWeb files from my iDisk back into iWeb on my desktop?
