Jag questions

I'm having a couple problems that I'm hoping someone can help me with....
1. The Help Viewer crashes on me eveytime I try to open it. Any thoughts?
2. On a fairly regular basis the window I am working in will jump so that the control strip is off the top of my screen. It doesn't seem to matter what program I'm working in. This seems to happen when I goto another window and come back. The only way I have managed to get the control strip back onscreen is to invoke problem #1. I try to open Help, it crashes, and when the message come up saying that it has unexpectedly quit, all the windows move back down. Weird Huh?

Any help would be appreciated.

#1 you may have to be connected to the internet or something. I don't know. Help is all screwy and no help anyways.

#2 i've had windows jump around also. It's like they get stuck to the curser (but don't move with the curser) and at some odd time they become un-stuck and they look like they jumped across the screen. Weird.

btw-it doesn't seem to matter if i'm online or not, help just dies a horrible death everytime!

i had the same prob with help crashing...reinstalling 10.2 2x cured that... it's still slow to load but i attribute that to all the demo programs i have on this damn thing...
