I installed Jaguar over my previous OS X (was installed, uptodate but not used). After spending more than 24 hours installing the necessary tools to "keep" some of my 0S9 habits (FruitMenu, LaunchBar, Dragthing, Logitech, ect) everything seems to work and I decided to make the big switch (using the mac since 1986, I was waiting...).
I then installed Filemaker 6 (and the v3 update) and my problem starts: Filemaker is slow, in fact "slow" is not the word, there is a lack of responsiveness and it occurs only in FileMaker. Clicking on the File menu results in a few seconds (!) of wait. Same to perform other actions such as Find, Record switch, etc...
Could somebody help me or did another user experienced the same problem? I need to know before upgrading other software... and I would like to avoid going back to OS9 now...
Thanks in advance,
Olivier
