Javascript calculator form???

I am hoping someone can help me with code for a website I was asked to build. I don't do much web coading and Im having trouble finding a script for something.

this is saposed to me a monthly payment calculator but this is what my client told me it should do...
the user will type in their square footage into a box. This will be X. the code will them multiply X by 5 and get Y.

Y/ 45.87 =Z

then it will show the customer Z which is the total cost.

x*5=y
y/45.87=Z

It would be great if you could help me with the code or direct me to a site
