I think the one you have to convince is the northern dictator. A march won't make any difference to Kim Il-Jung. The only ways to get rid of him are:

1) Massive revolution by the people and death by firing squad.
2) Assassination/Forced Removal by Foreign power.
3) Death of old age.

All of the above are very unlikely.
