Juicy OS X Icons

Can anybody point me to Photoshop tutorials on how to make awesome OS X icons (like the Internet Explorer icon, the ones that look juicy and really shiny).

Also, if somebody has Office v.X, could they please send me the default icons (all formats) for Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
