After having installed Jaguar, I rebooted as written on instructions.
After having rebooted, I read a message in several languages:

You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart button.

I do as written and every time this message appears.
What can I do?
Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my configuration:
PowerMac G4 867MHz, 512MB Ram, GeForce4 Titanium

I can't return to Mac OS X 10.1 as I have 10.1.0 CD and the installation doesn't start with this video card (I sold the other one =( ).

HELP HELP HELP ME PLEASE.

Try taking out one of the RAM chips. I had a faulty RAM chip on one of the iBooks I've installed Jag on, and booting the computer I was greeted with a Colonel Panic, too.

Basically, a Kernel Panic this early in the process means that some hardware isn't compatible (and has failed the HW test at boot time).

So it could be other stuff, but I'd try the RAM first, as it's the most simple part to test. Take all but one chip out, then test the others, if it still fails.

It's not a RAM problem =)
I managed finally.

It's was a CD problem, I've used a bad backup copy.
After having burned a new backup copy, I managed to install Jaguar.

Thanx anyway.
